Justin Ashar (J. Ashar) is a Canadian-born record executive based in Houston, Texas.  Although known for his music label, Pug Life Records®, he is a passionate food blogger with an adventurous palate.  He first moved to Houston, Texas in 2012 and fell in love with the city’s diverse food scene.  You can typically find Justin sippin’ on bubble tea in Chinatown or gulping down pani puri in the Mahatma Gandhi District.
